The company wanted to improve its online presence, increase website traffic, and boost search engine rankings to attract more customers.
I was tasked with analyzing the current SEO performance by conducting an SEO audit, performing a competitor analysis, and then creating a local SEO strategy.

Our strategy and Implementation
Google Business Profile
I created and optimized Google Business Profile listings for each of the 8 service locations. I completed the listings by adding accurate business information, high-quality photos, descriptions, etc.
Content Optimization
Existing content was updated for relevance, engagement, and alignment with target keywords. I identified content that could be updated with fresh and up-to-date information.
Keyword Research
conducted local keyword research to find service-related and location-specific keywords to understand what potential customers were searching for.
Location Pages
created dedicated pages for each of the 10 cities the company serves. Each page was optimized with relevant local keywords and included specific information about the services offered in that location.
Content Strategy
developed a strategy to produce high-quality content for service and location pages. I also created a content calendar for the blog section. This blog content addressed common customer questions and highlighted the unique aspects of the services.
Technical SEO
fixed technical issues identified in the SEO audit, such as duplicated content, slow page speeds, and 404 errors. These improvements made the website faster and more user-friendly.
Off-Page SEO
improved the backlink profile by acquiring high-quality backlinks through guest posting on local blogs, collaborating with local news portals, and partnering with local businesses. These activities increased the website's authority and exposure.
Online Reviews
I helped build a strong online review profile by encouraging happy customers to leave positive reviews. We reached out to customers through email and social media, provided easy links to review platforms, and responded to reviews quickly.
